Gamma Chi Chapter Re-Organization Update

Alumni volunteers gathered at the chapter house to share information regarding the events leading up to the chapter being suspended and work together in planning the execution of the rebuilding process. Three teams of alumni volunteers were created, each focusing on one aspect of rebuild. Each will work independently of the others and hold their own planning meetings moving forward.

Brotherhood Development: This team will focus on the core group of undergraduates and work closely with them, providing a summer-long training program to instill the values and skills necessary for membership in, and leadership of, our chapter.

Property Management: This team will focus on performing a full inspection of the chapter house and all its building systems. A comprehensive action plan will be created, ranking all necessary projects in order of importance and projects will begin ASAP. We intend to have a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for our brothers to live and work and allow for the chapter to thrive in advance of this fall's very important rush program.

Chapter Operations: This team will focus on reviewing chapter bylaws, policies and procedures in an effort to update and modernize our systems in order to keep Gamma Chi at the forefront of the Drexel Greek community.
